Warning: this is a gross post so look away NOW if you want to keep your tea down.
Seriously this picture does not do it justice. My ankles are now officially wider than my legs. I knew the swelling was just around the corner and with only 4 days until D Day they are acting true to form and getting bigger and bigger each day. My toes look like littel sausages. The kids think it is so funny. Sarra loves to do things for me but she wouldn't massage my feet unless I paid her 50c a foot. Gee when your kids turn on you, it must be bad!
Today we spent a bit of time at the hospital because the baby's heartrate was too high and they just wanted to monitor it for a bit. Sarra was with me and as soon as we hit the labour ward, we heard this woman wailing away. That place gives me the heebey geebies. I was thinking, 'what have I done' and I wasn't even in any pain. The kids were really cross because we were supposed to go to Poppy Steve's for a barbecue but spent 3hrs at the hospital instead. I had made a banana caramel cream pie to take so by the time we got back home to Westbury, it was just a big glob. We'll still eat it though.

You poor thing. I have been so lucky and have never had any swelling. It won't be long now and you will feel 'back to normal' - kind of anyway! ;) After the sleep deprivation settles down.
Feel for you Simone. Not long now!
Oh, swelling is horrible.
Hopefully all those yucky/uncomfortable things caused by pregnancy will be gone VERY soon. Thinking of you and all the best. x
I'll just comment on the food. haha
Good luck Simone
I get excited everytime I see you have a new post-thinking that maybe you've had your baby. I give you 5 stars for being willing to post a pic of your ankles!
You poor woman. All the best, it has to be soon! He can't stay in there forever.

those cankles are AWESOME! that pic is GROSS!!
Simone, I reacon you should go for a nice dip in the ocean to get rid of that swelling. That happened to me in the last few weeks, and the swelling went down heaps after a nice weightless swim. I guess it's too cold for a dip though!
oh you poor thing! thinking of you and hope it's all over real soon.
